Basically, ive lost roughly 2 stone in a month, i know the cause of it has been to stress from few things that i wont go into.

But basically im not happy with my body now, ive dropped from a 34 inch waist to a 32 inch waist. I used to have quite a broad upper body with big arms and shoulders. But now ive gone scariley skinny.

Just need some tips on how to put the weight back on quickly. Not fat just bulk up again. Bear in mind i dont have money for super duper weight lifting milshakes and shit.

i wish i dropped from a 34 to a 32, as at the moment i seem to be edging towards a 36

if its your muscles that are disappearing, eat more including protein and do some pressups or something

Eat lots of meat and food filled with protein, don't just stuff yourself with fatty foods.

Do a bit of weight lifting aswell, wont do you any harm.

I've found that a rowing machine is really good for working out both upper body and lower body.
It will burn a heck of a lot of calories so you'll need to up you food intake. Don't stuff junk, just eat healthily and you'll soon get back into shape.

Yeah Dragonfly im one of them who eats loads of cack but do not put any weight on. I used to be a Labourer and my job everyday was lobbing big Scaffolding tubes about, and while was doing that used be so much more firmer and toned and broader than i am now. And i used eat shit loads because of it keep my energy up.

Whereas now, my meals consist of, piece of toast, no lunch and tea and then cakes and crap.

So 3 proper meals each day, and carry on with press ups and sit ups and weights in my room?

Everyone matabolism is differant. Some work fast and some dont. Thiner peoples work faster. Usually this changes with age, i know people who where skinny up until 25 and they ate like horseand they changed and their eating caught up with them. maybe you have to wait for that.

I was skinny when i was a kid, then fat, then skinny m the ft and skinny again i know now why i lost alot of weight and that coalicas disease the blame for that.

Always get checked with the doc to be sure,. Thumbs Up

And your wondering why your losing weight Rolling Eyes Laughing

If you want to put on some healthy weight then try this....

Breakfast smoothie

bung Strabs, rasps, apple juice, banana, big tub of bio yoghurt, honey, two raw eggs into a blender. Blend it all smooth adding milk to thin out the consistancy. Between the yoghurt, milk and eggs its calorie high whilst being packed full of goodness. And you cannot taste the egg in the slightest.

For extra lardyness have some cerial with your breakfast or toast.

Eat a proper lunch, i.e. soup and sandwiches. More yoghurt. Pasta bowls with chicken.

At tea time eat plenty of pasta or rice or spuds with your tea. Pack yourself with veg and meat also.

In between meals then snack on cerial bars or nuts (calorie high and good for you).

If you have a fast metabolism then its quite liekly you will burn up the shit your eating at night quite readily because contrary to common believe shit like cakes and chocolate burn off very easily. THe weight gain comes through eating more calories than your body can use, but sugar is one of the bodies first fuels to be burnt so sugar in...sugar out!

Thats all the advice I can give...unlike yourself I've never had to try and put weight on so I'm actually kinda jealous....I like eating so I need to like training to keep the grub of ma gut Thumbs Up

Eating loads of carbs is better for gaining weight than lots of protein. Eat to many and you will become fat.
