Hi does anybody have a 33BHP license at the moment?

If so what does it say on your entitlements on the paper license bit?

Do you have the =>25KW under the code section or is it left blank?

Do you have the =>25kw on the card or is it blank?

Much thanks.

From Here [From DVLA]

Would let me fob off a copper if he queried the "=>25kw" code? It cleary states 21 OR 2 years from A1 test pass.
Confused

This may be a silly question but when your restriction expires do you have to send the card part back to DVLA to get the restriction removed?

1 confusion with this the A1 license is not 33bhp it is 125cc, but able to ride on motorways, pillion etc, it never gets upgraded. If you have an A1 license you've f****d up badly and will need to do another test.

No you do not need to return it, there has been recent posts about this I myself contacted the DVLA about this issue.

However you can send it back if you want to.

I got this response from them

if you wish to have the restriction removed then please complete a D1 application form, (available from the Post Office), applying for an exchange licence and return it to the Agency with your licence.

Please include a covering letter stating that you wish to have the two-year motorcycle restriction removed.
