Hello

Anyone had any dealings with this company - if so how do actually get what you have paid for?

When my girlfriend got her SR125 a couple of months ago, the clutch cable was very sticky as the bike had been stood. So she ordered a new one from JTs in Bridgend - 'should be with you in a week'. Still yet to arrive, they took out the money from her bank account on the 4th Aug. Phone calls they just fob her off and I've tried sending emails which they ignore.

Are these places f***ing stupid? They don't know who we are, but this is the first and last time I will use them. They could potentially lose a lot of money - what if I had a garage full of lovely bikes that needed servicing!

At the end of the day - the thing that annoys me most is poor service. I will actually drive all the way from Cardiff to Swansea to go over to M&P because the guys there are great.

If you experience poor service pipe up and let everyone know - hopefully that way these places will either improve or die!

Cheers

Dave

Unfortunately no luck on those fronts - had to go to a Yamaha main dealer!

Might have to get in touch with Yamaha and tell them how impressed I am with their dealer!!!

I personally have not had any problems with JT's in Bridgend, was down there last week getting the MOT and service done. South Wales Superbikes in Newport (if it's still there) may be another option for you.

Never used them myself, but the guy I bought my current bike from was singing the praises for JTs in Bridgend - apparently he buys all his filters and oil etc there.

As for South Wales Superbikes, yes they're still there... Springmeadows Ind Estate IIRC

And just for the record, I've personally found the customer service at Thunder Road in Bridgend is really good... as is Hein Gericke in Cardiff
