Do you, perhaps, have 'lite mode' turned on for your login?

A brief explanation for the non-IT minded amongst you.

www.bcf.com - this is the www. subdomain of the bcf.com domain name.

bcf.com - the domain name itself.

www.bcf.com and bcf.com both point to the same webserver, serving the same data. It's the same site.

In simple terms, when you login, your computer save a cookie with your login details. When your browser sends the info from this cookie to the website, it knows who you are and that you're logged in.

Cookies work on a per-domain basis.

Since www.bcf.com and bcf.com are different domains, one cookie will not work for the other domain. Hence why you are logged in on one, but not on the other.

Simple. Thumbs Up
