Hi,

Just been to the cinema to watch this and its not a bad account. Don't see any of the crashes or other events, just two guys fighting for their life burried in rubble.

Shows you the best side of mankind rather then evil.

WR Thumbs Up

I downloaded this other week. Not had time to see the full film, just around 20 mins of it.
IMO it should just be left alone. It happened, Its gone. Simple as.
Dont get me wrong, hell that 9/11 I will always remember but I dont need 5 odd films to remind me of it.

United 93 - Ok, but nothing good.
Flight 93 ? Never heard of it. Been too busy
WTC - Will let you know. But had N.Cage in it. Good actor. But a film like that, You need New unseen people.

I happen to agree with Louise in that its bad form.

The trailer came on while I was in watching something else and couldn't help but think how bizarre it must seem to the terrorists. They bomb the most powerful country in the western world and what they do is start making films out of it. To me it just shows how pathetic the western 'more developed' world has become.

You can just imagine villagers in a small african settlement talking-

'Hey neighbour, have you heard that america has been hit by a massive terrorist attack and thousands of innocent people have died'
'Shit thats beyond belief, I just can't imagine anything on that sort of scale, there's only 25 people living in this village!! They must be beside themselves with terror and horror'
Yeah, they are making a film out of it'

Makes you wonder where it will end.

Im not going to watch it and give my money to poeple who make such an event of terrorism and even profit from it. All the profits going to a world trade centre charity??? i doubt it.

I bet the terrorists we laughing when they saw this was being made, now everyone can remember how bad it was and give them more attention like they wanted in the first place.

It was the same when all the programs came out about, although i think we should remember everyone that died i think we should send the message of how little it affected the world. I hope Spain and UK dont follow with simular films

Therefore, i wont be watching it Thumbs Down

You don't see any side of the terrorism in the film, it's not even mentioned. The to Police Oficers who are stuck dont even know whats going on, they only knew one tower was hit.

No, no hollywood apeal no superman. There was one bit I wasn't too sure on. You see a scene with an ex marine and he says,

' Ive got to go and help, god gave me a gift to help I need to be there'

Next few scenes you see him getting his 'marine' buzzcut. I'm just a bit sceptical whether or not that he really got his hair cut, just seems a bit pointless.

Take the time to watch this film and see how brave the services were, fire fighters police officers etc, putting themselves in unecessary danger to help others.

At the end of the film they scroll all the names of people in the services who died that day, inconsiderate arses at the cinema got up and left, they couldn't spare another 30seconds, poor show Thumbs Down

Dare i say it...yes.

Am i the only one who the thinks the whole trade centre attack was a set up with the American government brutally murdering hundreds (thousands?) of their own citizens? Both towers collapse in a manner far too perfect to be natural...
