Ok they were speeding and got cought doing it...
But i dident see any particularly dangerous riding there, the undertake when the car and boat/trailer were level was cheeky but not dangerous... It looked like they were making "good progress"
Sorry because there was white paint on the road it makes it dangerous, and all the school children around that duel carriage way adds to things... |

Seen it happen on the A5 going out of Betws-y-Coed, Ducati 988 in front, then me then about 7-10 of his mates. Solid white lines and he started overtaking pushing cars out of the way, then his mates came past doing the same...Twats!
Anyway as the trees cleared I noticed something in the corner of my eye. It was the Police helicopter filming me, I gave a polite wave (as you do) and he moved on to the next bike in front still riding like a Twat....he then went up the row of bikes. Filming from the side then dropin to the rear to get the reg No.
About 5 miles later I saw the helicopter "parked" in a feild with the group of bikes and not too happy riders with 3 coppers. As i approached I got a freindly nod by the police and waved on so I waved back and did.
Thing is they can't complain as they were riding like twats and got caught. Not unlike the Idiots in the film who had already had a tug that same day....Not very clever. ____________________ Andy Sez....

Motorcyclists today. Anyone who ventures onto the roads of the UK will be aware of the quite dreadful driving exhibited by so many motorcyclists - dangerous to the point of recklessness for their own lives and for those of other road users.
What a load of shit, I sent the 'North Wales Police' some nice comments. ____________________ 2012 KTM EXC 250

Just sent him a response but dont know if i will hear anything from him, anyway here it is. go easy on me please

Stereotyping Bikers
You cannot simply stereotype motorcyclists because one or two idiots racing through the streets. Motorcyclists are more aware of the danger than most drivers, if we hit a car or come off in some way or another it is us that get hurt and us ‘bikers’ that can die. Statistics also show that the majority of motorcycle crashes are caused not by bad and inappropriate riding skills but by drivers not looking and not seeing bikers. I have only been a bike on the road for a month so far and I am appalled by the skill that some drivers show when out on the roads. It is the car drivers that don’t see us and don’t even bother to look that we have to watch out for. In the month I have been on the road since passing my test I’ve had two cars pull out of a junction straight in front of me without even looking, very close calls that if were not for my quick reactions and training would have ended up as another statistic.
I along with many other bike riders, ride very responsibly and safely as we know the dangers of riding, even more so during this time of year when the weather makes almost any defect in the road, drain cover and white line a death trap.
Some people just as with cars show total lack for rules and peoples safety and race etc, however the majority of the biking population are responsible riders. Most of which if they feel the 'need for speed' book days down the nearest race track rather than trying this on the road and putting their lives at risk.
Bikers accept the risks when they choose to buy a bike, and we are willing to accept the dangers out there for us. We choose to put our life at risk by biking and accept the possibility of drivers looking but not seeing. This does not make us bad people.
After all the responsible rider makes every effort towards maintaining his own safety (Right leathers, helmet, gloves and weather protection encase of the worst). ____________________ My Bike Pics |

My response:
Dear sir,
Having read your comments and reviewed the video file, I wonder if you are spending as much time and effort in improving the skills and behaviour of the car driving community as you are the motorcyclists?
I ask this question as I noted a large proportion of vehicles in the video flagrantly flouting rule 116 of the Highway Code.
Whilst I cannot condone the behaviour of the 2 motorcyclists, irrespective of their speed they were being prevented from making progress in a legal fashion by the large number of vehicles sitting in the outside lane without good reason (contrary to rule 116). Surely you must realise that to address solely the transgressions of the motorcycling community, and to dismiss that of the car drivers, is tantamount to the kind of 'victimisation' that makes the motorcycling community react with the levels of 'hysteria' which you comment upon?
Please outline to me the efforts your force are making with regard to correcting this misbehaviour amongst all elements of the road using community. I am both a car driver and motorcycle rider and would be delighted to hear the steps you are taking towards correcting this lack of understanding of the basic 'rules of the road'.
Yours faithfully,
Andy Bryant. ____________________ Space Monkey #7
