i bought a new graphics card a couple of days ago, Worked well etc. Nothing wrong with it.
Picture quality was better, Smoother etc. All good.
Today I restarted my Comp, And got a popup window saying my NVDIA needs updating *Click here to download the latest driver*.
So I did.
And now its exactly the same as it was, But the icons on the desktop and the qucik launch look like that of a Win95 spec computer.
Any ideas, Ive messed with the display settings, been into the desktop display, Its all set to Highest colour etc (32 bit).
Its bugging me.
/edit, attached a picture.
The quality on both moniters is fine, Internet pages, Photos etc. Its just the Icons which look pre-historic.

I use this one to test speed (note none of these things are accurate, but it gives you an idea)
also go to bt's site, and put in your post code and see what line they support for you. If they only give you 3mb, no point upgrading to 8mb, but if your line supports 6mb, may well upgrade
