I've never written to you before, but I really need your advice on what could be a crucial decision. I've suspected for some time now that my wife has been cheating on me.

The usual signs... phone rings but if I answer, the caller hangs up.

My wife has been going out with the girls a lot recently although when I ask their names she always says, "Just some friends from work, you don't know them."

I always stay awake to look out for her taxi coming home, but she always walks down the drive. Although I can hear a car driving off, as if she has gotten out of the car round the corner. Why? Maybe she
wasn't in a taxi?

I once picked her cell phone up just to see what time it was and she went berserk and screamed that I should never touch her phone again and why was I checking up on her.

Anyway, I have never approached the subject with my wife. I think deep down I just didn't want to know the truth, but last night she went out again and I decided to really check on her.

I decided I was going to park my VMax next to the garage and then hide behind it so I could get a good view of the whole street when she came home. It was at that moment, crouching behind my bike, that I noticed that the valve cover on my engine seemed to be leaking a little oil.

Is this something I can fix myself or should I take it back to the dealer?

Laughing

sorry wrong place to post! but the main forum seems a bit giggle-less these days

Erm not really a very fast bike. I'd say very quick off the mark for a 20 year old bike. Has bags of character though and standard or tastefully mod'd bikes are lovely. I had my 97 from last April and killed the engine this April/May (piston thru the front casing...long story). Currently got a 99 carbon edition; had to get the engine rebuilt by a couple of guys on the Scottish section Thumbs Up I do like my Vmaxii.. Corners are interesting btw,,,but not as bad as the popular myths Karma

rule number 1 people who cheat think they have all the bases covered.
rule 2,they think you have no idea.
rule 3,its very easy and cheap to catch them at it.
rule 4 vmax's are a bit special(once you get the front wheel inline with the back)
a voice activated digital dictaphone on top of a kitchen cupboard will collect good evidence,(usually about 20 sec after you go out with your mates.(£30)
if she has a car you can do the cheap pay as you go phone in the boot and track it online(£20)
just be somewhere unexpected a couple of times(almost free) that will freak them out

The thing is... if you know your bike inside out and back to front, corners are not that bad at all....
