We're talking about the air screw, not the idle screw. You set the air screw to give the fastest tickover without touching the idle screw, then tweak the idle screw to set the final ACTUAL tickover RPM.
So, get it idling at a comfy rpm. Turn the airscrew all the way in, then start winding it out, listening to the engine as you go. Revs should increase slightly as you wind it... when revs reach their highest, and start to drop again, turn it back slightly so that they're AT their highest and leave it there. Now use the IDLE screw to set the actual RPM to that as stated in the manual, which I THINK is around 1400rpm for that bike. ____________________ FAB-Racing MiniMotoSidecars - Back with a vengeance - F1 Class 2011...
