One of the bulbs has gone in the headlights and I want to replace it. It is only a sidelight so not urgent but annoying because it only lasted 4 months. I can't take it back to the shop because of a separate issue regarding the police. How much of my bike do I need to take apart to get into the front light cluster?

if it helps the bulb looks like this Idea

Take both front lower fairings off each side, then slip off the front upper fairings with the screen attached. You should see your headlight unit - this should pop off but make sure you undo the wire clip before doing so. Take off the rubber socks on the back of the unit and then you can twist the plastic bit out which the bulb is attached to. If it's the other bulbs you need to replace then just pull and they'll come out.

you can get to the headlights by turning the steering on full lock and reaching inside the front subframe. The lights will have 2 rubber moulds over them. Pull them off and twist the light holders 60-90 degrees anti-clockwise and they will come off. Easy peasy and no need for fairing removal.
