A blown lightbulb?

The simplest explanation is usually the best.

lol, calm down, breath ...
do as stink whell says and check the bulb in the clocks first,
if its not that then look at the sensor (you'll see a wire going into the gear box side of the engine)
have fun Very Happy

Also, have you tried twisting the handlebars each side, because this happened to myne and it was a broken wire.

Erm honestly i cant remember.

The first time i know for definite that they didnt. But the second time, i think they did continue to work but the neutral light didnt. They are only around a fiver to replace. But check wires and bulbs first.

Well. The traditional way is to take the bulb out and look at it to see if the filament is broken.

Given that they can often be a fiddle to get at, you might want to fork out the 50p on a new one anyway and just fit it while you are in there.

Places like halfords will be pricey.
Try somewhere like Wilco, if there is one near you,

My neutral light is dodgy , riding you CAN sometimes get it to light up stopped at lights , it then flickers rapidly , the more you rev the more erm solid the light gets , when you stop you can kick it into neutral , then have to ding it on the side stand to make it come on , me thinks loose connector , affected by vibes , anybody any ideas?

Ta.

Definitely sounds like loose wire or connector, or fractured filament that vibes itself back to make a connection in sympathy with the engine... not a battery power output issue.
