I get (cold engine)

Inlet: 0.13 to 0.18 mm (0.005 to 0.007 in)
Exhaust: 0.18 to 0.23 mm (0.007 to 0.009 in)

if your a little unsure how to do it, there is a google video of some one doing a gs500, the gpz should be pritty much the same

cheers, just notice that some wanker has re-built the engine with instant gasket for the cylinder head and base gasket.

might explain the running probelms. Mad
