What gear are you trying to bump it in?? Sounds like it could have siezed...
Did you have antifreeze in coolant? ____________________ FAB-Racing MiniMotoSidecars - Back with a vengeance - F1 Class 2011...

It's snowing out. Therefore it's cold out. If he DIDN'T have antifreeze in his coolant, then his coolant may have frozen. As water freezes it expands. This could have caused it to force it's way thru the gasket or even split the barrel or head internally, causing zero compression and possibly a siezure of the piston. If it's gotten past the gasket, it could then have flowed into bottom of engine and frozen overnight... effectively meaning nothing will move until it's defrosted, however then he'll have a load of water sloshing around within the engine, meaning it still won't start. ____________________ FAB-Racing MiniMotoSidecars - Back with a vengeance - F1 Class 2011...

It COULD happen to anyone who doesn't use antifreeze, hence antifreeze exists. All depends on the temperature of the area in which you keep your bike. EG: Outside overnight - DEFINITELY use antifreeze. In a garage attached to a house that has central heating - may get away without it, but still wouldn't risk it.
I personally don't use any, but I use alternative stuff that does the same job by coincidence.
Always best to have some in than none at all. A £5 bottle of antifreeze could well save you from having to buy a £100 cylinder. ____________________ FAB-Racing MiniMotoSidecars - Back with a vengeance - F1 Class 2011...

Not sure what bike you're riding, is it 2-stroke? Perhaps noise was something to do with oil pump? If that isn't working then big and small end will go no lubrication and will seize.
Not trying to scare you, just offering it as a possibility

Sounds like the piston-ring stop-pin. It's job is to keep gap in the piston ring away from the ports, or the end of the ring pings out and snaps off. If the pin has come out, your piston is scrap and your barrell will be damaged. ____________________ a.k.a 'Geri'

If you can be arsed to do premix, then thats your best option, is the only way to make sure your bike gets the correct mix. But look on the brightside, its a good excuse to get the big bore kit
Hope you get back on the road soon.
