nsr break lever

hi,

im trying to remove my right break lever as it snapped through a fall.there is a nut underneath and a screw on top(philips)however,what do i need to remove the nut?

just get a small spanner ad un do it then unscrew the screw

In the case of my levers: Use the screwdriver to hold the bolt still, and use a spanner/socket to undo the nut first, as you will see that the bolt actually screws into the lever housing aswell.
