I own another bike!!

I have just taken delivery of a 2003 Triumph Speed Four. Its green and has 11500miles on the clock.

I paid £2200 for the bike and £200 for it to be delivered (was 250miles). I think with delivery its still a good price and quite chuffed.

It has a few extras:
-seat pod
-radiator cowling
-belly pan
-Alarm Datatool system 3
-Carbon fibre hugger

I plan to be on the road this week one i have shopped insurance a bit more. I plan to also add:
-33bhp Restrictors (tuesday they are being fitted)
- R+G's
- End can (possibly Micron Carbon Fibre)

I cant wait for summer!!

Thanks, i was so conviced by the RVF but at this time of year the owners wanted crazy amounts for them.

I think Green is a but Kawk but i really like it, orange was nice aswell

I found it hard to find any nice ones, for example that RVF i showed you i won the auction for £2300 which i though was the high side of its value but didnt meet its reserve, i rang the guy (number in the add) only to find the reserve was £2700 as he paid £3200 for it at a dealer Neutral

Then i saw a speed four around Bath and looked at the spec and found it had fully adjustable suspension and 180 rear tyre and were well cheap!!

Great deal that Andy - I'd buy (a black) one over a Hornet or Fazer - got more of an air of individuality about them, not to mention the better suspension.

Nice find - hopefully be out and about too when the weather improves.

Looks like a nice bike and seems pretty ace with the extras on them. I know on certain years, you got the cowling etc as standard. See what it's like with them off cos i'd think it'll look like a "don't fuck with me" bike.

Looks good that, lime green is a pretty individual colour. Can't remember though, is the speed four the one litre bike Triumph do? Was looking at them when I was looking around for my present bike and they seem rather nice.
