Completey ended it with my girlfreind tonight after almost 9 months together, we were in happy loving relationship right up to the 27th of march were she suddenly told me over the phone that she did,nt love me any more and that l had done nothing wrong and that it was all her fault etc, up to tonight from then she would never answer my texts or calls and was never at home and now she has said she nevers want to see me again and l,m to get fu*cked (plus other colourfully words) all because l kept calling her phone during this time and spoke to her dad.

What that has make this much more painfull to me is not the fact she would,nt speak to me in person but that she knew l was going to propose to her this year and sell my fireblade to go towards the deposite on our first home.

Not feeling too good at the moment. Thumbs Down

Sounds as if for whatever reason, she's not ready for the commitment that's required??

Dunno what to say really... "time is a great healer"? but I'm sure that's not much of a consolation at the moment.

She was the one that wanted to get seroius and did say to me that she would marry me if l proposed a few months ago. l think the main thing she could,nt handel is that l,m the only guy shes ever been with that really did love her and did,nt treat her like shit.

At least you found out now before you were totally committed. Better that way really, saves a hell of a lot of problems further down the line.

Tough break, mate.
I didn't meet my mrs until I was 30. You've got all the time in the world to meet someone else. You're a decent bloke, you'll be alright. You've just got to get out there and put it about. Thumbs Up

I know its not much consolation at the mo, but somewhere down the line you will meet someone really fantastic and only then will you realise that this happening was probably for the best.

Hope you feel better soon.

ps and at least you found out before you sold the bike.

At least it's happened now instead of when you had sold your bike and bought a house together.

Unlucky dude - time heals and all that.

Without meaning to sound offensive, I think you have escaped from financial and emotional disaster eventhough it doesn't seem that way now. The right partner will come along. This experience will make you cautious about whom you commit to. It might make the difference between a successful long term relationship and divorce in future.

Anyway summer is decending upon us and everyone knows that summer isn't for girlfriends. Wink

*Slightly less serious note but it's got a hint of truth in it!*

Hope you feel a bit better soon.

Thats Really Confusing, because judging by the 1st post, the reason why she chucked you seemed because you were getting more involved with her (eg. Speaking to her father etc.)
And the Commitment scared her off.

But then that contradicts the marriage proposal Confused

If what she told you is right, with the whole your the only guy who treated her well. It seems like she has taken a defensive approach to your relationship which in theory by cutting you off earlier means she avoids hurt by a break up later on in the relationship. That was obvious though.

Think your best bet right now is..

If in 2-3 months you still feel the same about her, try getting in touch then. It Shows you still care and that will kind of make you different from the rest of the guys she's been with. And will probably be quite hard hitting for her.
But for now, carry on with life preparing for the worst, if she slots in at a later point, Will give her a chance to make a fresh start, and a new more committed approach to the relationship.

Met a Girl just like that.. There cynics, and its incredibly annoying we have to deal with it. Its all about trying to maintain a careful balance of reassurance and subtleness which can get you a bit impatient.

But he really liked her it seems, and it sounds like it ended for the wrong reasons.

The guy was just about to sell his fireblade for their future, Do you realise what impression that gives off?.. have you seen this guys bike infact?...

It looks like this dammit! Shocked
