PostPosted: 00:15 - 16 May 2007    Post subject: BCF Age Consensus Poll. Reply with quote

Hopefully this Consensus Poll will offer a more accurate view of the age groups, from the motorcycling community, which prevail as the majorities at BCF.

I do realise there is another thread recently posted, however I believe that the age groups split in this particular poll will offer further evidence that the majority is of a relatively young age, therefore your time and patience is appreciated.

Please be honest. It is my prediction that most users who will vote in the poll, and who have been active for more than 14 days, will be between 16-25.

Thanks

Karl

Sorry to be pedantic, but you need to change your categories. You can't have 40 or 25 or 30 in two areas.

Yeah I did GCSE statistics *swish*

It's quite simple Big_Ham

If you are 20 to 25 this means you can't be 25, you are up to 25. 24.7 years for example.

If you are 25 to 30 you will be 25 to 29.99

So anyway, so far we have a majority of 16 - 25 years young.

Oooh!! Lies, Damn Lies and Statistics!! Liar Tut Tut Laughing

If you want to go amalgamating categories, I think you'll find we actually have a majority of 20 -30 year olds. Whistle

i dont see what the point of this poll is to be honest.

The reason that this forum is good is because there is a vast range of people that come on here. Ive met most of the South East people and there are of all ages, but they all still love bikes.

I dont see why it matters what age group is the mode on BCF. You also have accounted for the fact that certain age groups may be less inclined to vote than others (eg younger people may be much more willing to vote than someone who is 40). This makes the poll less accurate Thumbs Up

Age means relatively little, within reason, in terms of maturity.
Your agenda is pathetic.

I'm still a 27 year old with a shocking taste in music and a non-existent social life..........until I finally pass my test and get a bike.
