well, i decided to invest in some leathers and after looking on Ebay, found a nice one-piece, but generally wanted to ask what the best sets are and why, what's the difference between the set I seen, and a £500 quid set, apart from the material, or is that it? and are leathers only worth the cash you invest in 'em? thoughts..(same question for boots too actually) ____________________ Roger wrote: Women don't get damp for clingy puppies. You sure you wanna squeeze into a one-er? Why not two piece that zip together?
I'd also go & waste some of Infinity's time and try some on, get a feel of what size you need. It's very important that they fit right.
I'd never buy top brand leathers, neither would I get cheapo. IMO midrange is the way to go. Look at RST & Buffalo.

No, defo don't pay Infinity's prices but you can get away with trying a couple of sets on (different makes to compare the fit), saying you'll mull over which to get then wait till payday Yes it's a bit cheeky, but then so is their markup!
They need to be fairly snug/tight to begin with (they loosen as you wear them in) but obviously still fastenable, let your lungs still breath/blood still flow to limbs, and allow you to 'assume the position' (you don't go clubbing in leathers, you sit on a bike in em! )
Good luck

I rate 2 piece over 1 piece for pure practicality reasons.
Ive got 2 piece Dainese TT-72 leathers. Bottoms fit superb, Tight allover. Jacket is a bit baggy around the chest. Gives me a reason to pump up at the gym a bit I suppose.
value is somewhere in the region of £500. I managed to get them for £60 including a pair of brand new Size 8 Sidi boots and A pair of Alpinestar Gloves.
Well my Dad did anyway, Got them off a bloke who bought them, wore them once or twice, then realized he was on the bread line and needed some cash seriously fast.

Mudskipper, cheers.. will do.
G, I didn't concentrate them all mid sentence.. I intended that (don't ask me to post why, couldn't explain properly whilst writing)
Maurice, Thanks, figured that was only explanation. although I thought there were similar threads alreadyt here, but not quite with the answers I needed, and it was a random question, hence random bantor ____________________ Roger wrote: Women don't get damp for clingy puppies.
