On a bike you have to have your complete wits about you...
In my opinion one beer is more than enough to change your reaction times. well, if your a light weight like me.
Personaly I wouldn't risk it. I'm dozy enough as it is while sober.

I think the reason it's more dangerous being pissed on a bike is because there's a balance factor to be considered as well. Cars don't tend to fall over
