Check that out. They are claiming that "feet forward" style bikes are safer, more aerodynamic, more maneuverable... It's all a load of crap but at the same time there might just be a market out there for this kind of thing... |

Front might be nice and aerodynamic, but that has minimal effect. Most of the drag comes from behind, with the wake the vehicle causes. And looking at the back of a bike / rider you will see there is no useful attempt to sort that issue out.
The coefficient of drag of a 1990 Honda RS125 GP bike is 0.64, compared to 0.57 for a Hummer H2, and 0.3 for a 1982 Audi 100 (although the bike bike substantially better when area is included). Hayabusa is meant to be the most aerodynamic bike and they only manage 0.56.
