Hi,

Im looking for a A5 (ish) UK road map. But having no luck at all! Im sure i saw one at a petrol station with pages that you cant rip but was £20 which seems a bit steep and i have no idea where i saw it.

Anyone have a link of a road map like im looking for?

Thanks

https://www.tuffmap.com/

I have one of these, or similar type anyway. Got it free cos when I bought my lid at the NEC the daft apeth left the security tag on the strap. Think it was worth a tenner.

Oooh, try here or just google for tuffmap.

Edit: This site has more, near the bottom of the page. I have the world's strongest map one, although either would do you I guess.

I've heard things about the tuffmap's actual mapping not being much cop - i.e. out of date, not showing minor roads.

Or you could try one of these. Small, waterproof, perfect Smile Although I think you might have a hard time stumping up the cash if £20 is out of reach for a road map Very Happy

Tuffmap is okay but there isn't much detail at all on it. It would get you out of the poo, but is no good for route planning. The only good thing about it is that its durable - waterproof and won't rip.

I got a Motrax Map from ebay. £9.99. Shows all the A roads and major race track sites. Do a Google or Ebay search for "Motrax map"

Very similar toTuffmap (if not the same), but not sure of the difference between them.

print your route from google maps and laminate it, you could even do satellite on one side and maps on the other

I got a full UK A-Z from a Tesco petrol station. Cost £7, has never let me down. Admittedly I don't think it's very waterproof, but for £7 you can't really go wrong. A5 sized and about an inch thick.
