Hi guys and gals,

As per the title i have recently purchased a stebel nautilus compact.

Now ive fitted a replacement horn before which is obviously a lot easier this one has foxed me a bit.

The relay has 4 sticky out metal bits. (or SOMB's for short)

and the horn has two itself ive figured two from the horn need to connect to two on the relay, but im still not sure what SOMB from the battery goes onto which SOMB on the horn and how im going to connect the relay to the horn...

Helpppppp meee please =]

There should be a small diagram on the side of the relay stating which pin is which.

The power circuit would be the 12v positive supply to the horn and the supply to the coil would be the existing positive and earth to the current horn.

That is a horrible diagram above, so confusing. Shocked

https://www.lunghd.com/Tech_Articles/Electrical/RelayBasics/relay_diagram.JPG

86a - From the horn lead to switch the relay.

87b - from the + of the battery (make sure its fused!).

85 - To earth, just to a screw that goes into the frame somewhere.

30h - To the horn as the above pic it to wire lights up. then the other terminal of the horn goes to earth, use the same as 85 if you want.

Like so . . .
