bearings which would be better to use

hi guys im currently doing a single sided conversion on my zxr, obvisously i need to do a bit of bodging, but my question is on a swing arm pivot inside the swing arm what bearings should i use, a sealed roller or a sealed ball, i can get both in the size i require,
what would you use??

I would have said rollers are best for a low movement, high load aplication. Spreads the load more.

Hows this for an idea. If you use two sealed bearings, prise out one seal on each then fit them with the open side facing in. Fill the space between them with grease.

That isnt bodgery,using a bearing set is a conversion. Using a stack of greased washers would be bodgery.
