Need to get a holder for the Aprilia, can't really find anywhere to mount it anyway, so going to chuck it under the seat as they look bloody ugly anyway.

On the side in the kitchen.
Havent put it on the bike for about 2 years now. Last time I was pulled they just asked me to produce it. ____________________ If you dont like the way that I ride.......Stop trying to keep up!!! |

I chose under the seat, but really it's in my wallet, as under the seat can get damp.
After losing 4 one year, I gave up mounting it on the bike. ____________________ TheShaggyDA: I've got 3 or 4 pairs that predate my wife, so at least 11.5 years old. |

'Someone' tried to nick it
It's wedged in next to my battery, better aerodynamics. ____________________ Well, you know what they say. If you want to save the world, you have to push a few old ladies down the stairs.

I think legally it should be placed in the triangle between front wheel and engine, on left hand side, although when I bought the bike it was mounted near rear pillion peg and chain guard, so there it has stayed. I have been routinely stopped and bike checked over and police said nothing about its position. They did try telling me that the factory fitted, standard exhaust wasn't legal though ____________________ Enjoy everyday, tell those you love everyday you love them

Thinking about it. what is the point showing you're tax disc because with the new system (bar codes) linked to dvla, the cops know if you have taxed or not, so whats the point... sorry forgot the extra revenue ____________________ latest bike 03 R1 in zee red and black |

Mine is fitted on the left as fitted when new. If anyone wishes to view it they are welcome to clean the bike while they're at it as it's pretty oily down there! |

Used to be mounted under one of my front left caliper bolts but since I changed my tyres, when re-fitting the calipers I forgot to put the tax disk holder back on so its under the rear seat now with the tool kit.
When I want to park illegally, I can un-velcro my reg plate and put it under the seat too. That way there is no reg plate markings on the bike. |
