Maybe we should have one to keep all of these types of threads in one place, and prevent them falling into oblivion in the general chat section.

That way they will always be remembered?

Yay or Nay? As you can't put polls in here. Confused

Yay: 7

Nay: 8

Yeah I was thinking similar really. I personally would like to do a 'virtual nod' to 2 of my friends I've lost previously, I think about them on the anniversary of their accidents.

I think he means don't read the RIP section. Although I agree there would be no point if it's going to be randoms....

I tried posting to this about 10mins ago and it was a really good post but unfortunately the site spacked out like a tard and was too busy to post or even let me load anything.

I was basically saying that its a good idea but with the recent abuse with the lukevfr thread I think that if the section were to be made, then the mods should be the only ones to create threads in that section upon the requests of other members.
Obviously comments should be allowed so condelences can be made etc.

Thats my Penny Coin Penny Coin

As said, the only 2 conditions should be:

Known on BCF.
MODs do the thread.

Then YES. Thumbs Up

I don't think its such a good idea, I dunno it would feel a very morbid section to have.

I vote yes, and just get a section for the mods to stick in the original threads.
For instance the zimma one, if you just moved it in with someone maybe inserting a eulogy type thing as the top post. It could be done easily enough.

In fact im suprised Korn hasnt thought of doing something like this for zim anyway regardless of an actual section as he was really good mates with him and was on BCF right at the beginning.

And surely those who want to remember those who have died don't need a thread on a forum to remind them?

If you need a thread then you can hardly call yourself their friend and shouldn't feel the need to remember them at all. If that makes any sense? Confused

Why did you rate my response boring Ste?
You disagree with the same thing, why not explain yourself?

There really is NO point in posting in this section.
