My Doctor said I don't burn bad fat so if I ever get lazy I will get fat quick.
Well I got lazy and got fat
Simple as need to get back in shape. ____________________ ◙◙► K6 GSXR 600 ◄◙◙◙◙► K5 GSXR 1000 ◄◙◙◙◙► K5 GSXR 600 ◄◙◙◙◙► 96 RF600r ◄◙◙

My calorie intake per day far exceeds what needs to be spent. I've gained quite a bit of a gut since my diet merely consists of bread, cheese, meat, salad dressing, lots of instant sort of stuff and merely not enough cardio to burn off the fat. My idea of exercise is a 200 yard jog to tescos and 20 press ups per night as such - i'm now a 35" waist! Not good if i'm only 5'8 ____________________ The Tot 2019 Z1000SX - 2007 R1

With regards to food, the army diet is fucking shite so I completely agree with what binge is saying. If your burning more than your putting in then happy days |

nothing wrong with being fat, there is something worng about complaining about being fat. its your fault you were stuffing your fat face with pies rather than going down to the gym. ____________________ follow my racing season

Gotta love Fire's last post
I'm 5"9, 30 waist and the only thing I want to do is put on some weight but my metabolism aint giving it up. I work out as and when and lift fairly heavy stuff at work at work but simply can't find the time to eat, or know exactly what foods to eat although Titz gave some inspiration.... ____________________ Roger wrote: Women don't get damp for clingy puppies. It's the car and bikes fault.
Ever since I owned a mode of transport that required no energy I put on loads. ____________________ Be careful whose advice you buy, but, be patient with those who supply it. update, after doing some extensive sitting up and downs and going to the toilet, i've now reverted back to my 33" figure, what i was meant to say was that i was 35-ish inches in summer when i went back to indonesia and just kept eating and driving - no exercise. My old man was 80kg, was forced to cut down eating and run and do exercise to reduce cholesterol. now he's a healty 73kg, 34", meaning i can share jeans and suits with my old man, although he is only 5'4/5 (small fella, like mister miyagi) so i'm considerably taller than him at 5'8. I think height has something to do with the impression of being fat. there more space to hide the fat but its far less evident. I was also told that there's no point on working on muscle tone if you dont do the cardio to burn off the fat. Something i'm just not justified to do! My mate who plays for lufbra uni 1st b-ball said that i had a toned stomach which was quite surprising but about an inch of fat on top - sort it out! I'm just not bothered to go and sign up to a gym because of the costs, but if ever i'm given the opportunity to use the gyms facilities, i take it. Some people matabolise food quicker than others, namely me, because i poop at least 3 times a day meaning that have to eat more. As much as i don't like being ill, a good benefit is that it uses up fat reserves. But it's not the best way to go about keeping a trim figure.
Now i have a diet of fruit, salad, sushi, cereals and quick pasta/stir fry. Feeling fitter that i have been i recent times too when coupled with exercise. ____________________ The Tot 2019 Z1000SX - 2007 R1

ive always had a weight problem, was a chunky baby and am a chunky adult, ive dieted, had bouts of eating disorders been unhappy im not a slender twig, my sister and mother are tiny, i am not, i was the one always given a hard time and accused of sneaking sweets etc.
What they fail to take into account is, my maternal grandmother was like a sparrow, both my sister and mother look like her, my father and his side are chunky big boned people and i take after them, no amount of dieting will make that much difference to me im afraid, when im a size 14 i look like a bag of chunky bones, im fit though and at 45 have the calcium bone density of a woman half my age.
my partner loves me as i am, am happy in my skin which seems to have less wrinkles than skinny not celeb surgically enhanced people my age, when people look fabulous they tend not to have to try too hard to actually be nice or interesting, if looks are the main thing what happens if for some reason they are destroyed etc,
i have to say though really fat people who eat utter crap and are rolling barrels of lard are a different thing entirely ____________________ Do not presume that I am male. |
