Ok here is the story ,I was coming down from 90mph
on my ns125f when I pulled in the clutch and it cut
out I tryed to start it , it kicked over twice and then
the kick start would not move it was stuk soild I had
to push it home for a mile please help . What could it be ????Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad

Hi

It has seized. Has it freed off as it cooled down? If so the chances are it has just had the piston nip up with heat. Are you running with the stock oil pump or have you switched over to running premix? Running premix is more likely to result in a seizure when you shut the throttle and use engine braking from high revs.

If it is still not capable of being kicked over then the problem is a little more serious. I have never had the top end on a 2 stroke stay seized after the bike has cooled down. I have had it stay seized after a main bearing failed.

My friend Alex's Aprilia RX125 did just that, and we thought it was seized, ended up just being a bit of gasket getting trapped between the piston and the barrel, making it tough to turn over.

Thanks guys
It kicks over now but still won't start Confused ,
i think it is the CDI unit i checked the
restance and they are all wrong Sad the bike (after
trying to bump it) freed the kick start(the spring sliped)
and now going to buy a new CDI . Can u guys estimate a price for me???
