It amazing how you can be in the wrong for failing to let someone in, who has got in the worng lane... Most likely because that one was going faster than the one she knew she should be in.
If you are in the wrong lane and can't move over safely then you stay in the wrong lane and go round....
If she was pushing you over, you either give way, or battle it out. Your choice as its your body on the line. If you are going to battle it out then lean/move towards her and don't give way. She will stop as you over her bonnet will not get her home on time. ____________________ Just because my bike was A DIVVY, does not mean i am...... |

In my opinion she wont purposely physically push you out the way, if she knows your there (Obviously with the horn and eye contact etc) then you can just sit there looking pretty and you'll be fine. Let her try and intimidate you all she wants she cant actually follow through cause thats illegal and she is 100% going to get caught (witnesses, numberplate, fact she cant go anywhere!)
As for her being in wrong lane, yes its annoying when people do it purposely but not annoying enough for me personally to care. But equally sometimes i am in the wrong lane through not realising the setup of an unfamiliar road and only realise when i see the white arrows and then i hope someone will be chilled out enough to move over.
Peace and Love man, let her in and some other helpful soul will do their part for you ____________________ Previous - Gilera DNA50 / XVS125 Dragstar/Honda CBR 600F/GSF 650 Bandit

I can see why you did kick the door, but if I was in the car and someone did that to me, I would have a strong urge to get out and push you off you bike (pretty easy to do I'm sure, and will cause you and your bike damage). Try what someone said about stopping in a post above ____________________ Full licence from 16/4/08

I did a similar thing to a chav in a peugot who pulled out right in front of me.
However even though he was a complete tosser with his bass thumping and baseball cap on the wrong way it was wrong of me to damage his car even though it did make me feel better for a while.
The next incident i dealt with in a totally different manner.
Riding over a bridge with 2 lanes one direction 1 the other i was filtering through when i stopped just in front and to the side of bmw estate. Put both feet down as couldn't move when he pulls forward to close the 1.5 metre gap down to 0.5 metres and i feel his tyre roll down the side of my foot which i quickly pulled out the way.
This time i calmly tapped on his window and when he rolled it down asked him for his insurance details for driving without due care and attention . Bloke started going off on one about bikes being banned because we are dangerous and should be done for filtering blah blah.
Just as he's blathering on another biker who must have been behind and saw what happened walks up and loudly says "Saw the whole thing mate are you alright and i'll be a witness." The driver did an impression of a goldfish gulping air and promptly shut up.
I thanked the other biker and we shadowed the bmw for another few hundred yards till the traffic cleared. He just looked straight ahead all the time. ____________________ (L)users...Disk space is to good for them.
