So is there something wrong with the stock system then or do you just fancy spending £££s to try and squeeze a couple more HP out of the thing? |

Hello, first of all let me introduce myself, I'm new to bcf.
I'm Nampus from Holland, I ride a cb400 super four (1992)
I have a question: Can anyone tell me the brand and the price of the exhaust on the pictures?
Thanks

Hi Nampus, sorry for the late reply, my PC blew up last week so I've been offline. There are a few different makes of pipes in Japan, some better than others and most with strange names. Once I've got sorted with my new PC and got the translaters working right I can let you know whats available, how to get a bid in, and how much it would cost including post. Last time I checked the exchange rate was pretty poor but it can still work out a lot cheaper than trying to find something in Europe for Grey imports like the SF.
This is one of the nicest ones on there at the moment - no bids, 70,000 yen and 15 hours left:-

What a beautiful exhaust! And 70000 is something like 440 euro's! (is it titanium? it looks like it)
I love the look of it, but never thought I would be able to afford something like that. The only decent japanese one I could find which could be affordable to me was the Moriwaki one piece, according to their website it's about 67000 new. But there's nothing that looks better dan titanium exhaust pipes imho.
The cheapest exhaust I could find in Holland was a stainless Over racing one which was 640, and that didn't even look half as good as this! And the next one I could find was a predator from the Uk.
This looks amazing!!!!

It looks like the headers and link pipe are titanium, the Yoshi can is probably from elsewhere. Theres alo a new Yoshi can for sale. I'm having real problems getting my translater to work properly, it translates right up to clicking on the individual items and then it goes back to Japanese - very frustrating Try and have a go yourself, just Google Yahoo japan and take it from there. The guy I get stuff through in Japan is just setting up his own web-site so you should be able to deal with him direct. He charges 10% with a minimum charge of 1,000 yen. Post from Japan is actualy quite reasonable, I think my Kerker was about £20. |
