I've done the 'sack of potatoes' bit. |
Sack of potatoes is a load of shÃte to be honest. Pillions have to work on the back, believe it or not. Stomach muscles get a good workout, as do arms and neck.
Best advice I can give is get her to read this:
1) Relax, the more uptight you are on the back, the more difficult it gets. Even if you have to close your eyes and take a few deep breaths as you go round corners/bends/roundabouts.
2) Feel the bike.... Go with the flow (see suggestion 1)
3) DO NOT attempt to look over the rider's shoulder, You'll pull the bike off to the side and make things twice as difficult for the rider.
4) DO NOT put your feet down. EVER.
5) If you CAN see slightly over the riders shoulder, as you go round bends, keep an eye on the kerb, if you can't see it anymore, expect the bike to start leaning in the opposite direction. Don't try to sit up to anticipate this, just refer to suggestion 2
6) Part of the fun of being pillion is pressing your boobs into the rider's back.... Enjoy it
7) The rider may attempt to blame you for head-butting him. DO NOT allow this to happen... It's not your fault, it is the rider's prerogative to try to keep their gear changes, acceleration and braking smooth... this is why you are jerking. You are not a bad passenger!
8) Try to always keep one hand on the rider, you'll feel them move and instinctively give you clues as to what to expect.
9) If you need the rider to pull over, ask, then make sure he listens. If you need to adjust yourself at all (feet, bum) ask the rider if it's OK to do so before you move.
10) ENJOY it.... ____________________ Funny, I used to hate being spanked as a child!
