My shitty Piaggio NRG needs a new main jet because it's fucking up spark plugs like there's no tomorrow, but nowhere in my local area has any with a thread to match the one I have.
Does anyone know of anywhere online where I could get one? and whether I gotta get a smaller or larger jet?
Cheers. ____________________ Riding a 2001 Piaggio NRG MC3 DT (Well, would be if it worked right now)

My mate played with a screw that changed what it was like when the scooter was sitting idle? Is it the same 1? ____________________ Riding a 2001 Piaggio NRG MC3 DT (Well, would be if it worked right now)

I have no idea what's what, it's him that plays with it not me
Is this the right one or not?
and if it makes any difference or even matters, the circled part is black on the plugs...

Hi
Mixture screw affects idle mixture. Will not change the mixture when you are using any throttle at all. The main jet only affects full throttle mixture (and there are a lot of factors rather than just the thread size, different carb makers, or even different series of carbs from the same maker, mark the jet sizes differently). Needle jet is what affects the mixture through most of the throttle range.
To go with Alains comment, none of the jets should wear and leaning it off too much stands a good chance of resulting in a seizure.
All the best
