Chris theres workshop manuals on here that should tell you the service intervals of both.
you know my fave, the NSR, but to be honest i reckon no matter which of the three you choose if you ride conservatively you should be ok  |

On my RS I change the rings every 6000km. People seem to get away with doing it less frequently on the Mito. The NSR has a lot longer life expectancy for the rings but is also less powerful. Pays your money and takes your choice.
As Robby says they make a lot of power for their engine capacity, added to which unlike larger bikes they spend a lot more of their time being thrashed.
