 |

previously had an xr250 before it was stolen. I've got a bandit 600 at the moment but I'm contemplating buying an xr 400 (as well as keeping the bandit). I'd like to spend less than £1k on one. Is this reasonable? I dont mind the age as long as its in good working order but preferably 1990 onwards.
also, how does the drz compare?in terms of price, performance etc
many thanks ____________________ Bandit 600 |

ive had a few xr400's for under a grand and been pretty clean jst gota look around, had a ttr250 too pink one went really well, revvy though. old dr600's are shocking compared to newer stuff. for a grand id get a crm250, kdx220 or the likes, loads more quicker, cheaper to look after and 2 strokes rock if not klx 300's are ok just watch the top ends as they can be made of fudge if you get a bad one. xr600s can be had for under a grand, awesume bits of kit. go really well ____________________ www.surreysupermotos.co.uk

meaty 4 stroke lol behave, my 380 would do most 4 bangers dude. if you feel the need to go 4 stroke an xr400 or 600 is a good bet, reliable and been around for yonks and you can get a fairly un battered one for under a grand, dr350's are cheap too but all the ones i know of are shite and turnt to dust well fast ____________________ www.surreysupermotos.co.uk
