impossible , your serial begins by ZDCJC22 then a letter , then 01 (if you're right) then F and your frame number (6 digits)
so i need the letter and to know if 01 is correct

so your bike is a swiss import from 2001 restricted at 75mph
if it hasnt been done , the restriction is a non moving servo-motor , valves are on low and stay on low even at 8000 rpm

it's a shunt in the loom somewhere in the cubic box on the left side of the carb (it's part of the plastic tray)
bring off all the connectors and take a picture , then i will tell you

i was not talking about mechanical restrictions which are :
- a plate reducing the gaz entry between the intake pipe and the block reed
- a restrictor in the pipe (on french model , i dont know for the others)
- a carb underjetted

i was talking about electronic or electric restrictions
the exhaust port has 2 flaps (called RC/valves) which is controlled by a control unit . the ignition is make by a CDI unit which control the advance in the timing , this CDI can be restricted
these units are marked TV124 (restricted) or TV78 (unrestricted) for the control unit . CI639 (restricted) or CI626 (unrestricted) for the CDI
the SWISS import are not restricted on the electronics but by a shunt fitted somewhere , this what you have to look for
download my file https://www.geneva-racing.com/~alains/NSRtips.doc
on page 17 you have exponations about how work the electronics , this shunt is just fit over the potentiometer and will avoid the servo to move and consequently your valves stay closed and you cannot overpass 8000 rpm

But i can pass the 8000 RMP , but acceleration is low...
The acceleration is good till 8000 RMP.
After 8000 RMP the acceleration doesn't chage a bit....
In secound Gear 8000 RMP speed is about 57 KpH and max speed of the secound gear is 60- 62. My friend's NSR max on secound gear is 70~kph.
And mine max speed is 120~kph (75mph) as you said...
Iam confuesed i dont know where to search that shunt ....
Could it be near the valves? There are something on the valves.
I will try to make a foto ....

no , i told you : on the left of the carb look for a small cubic plastic box (it's part of the tray as show the picture) open that box and pull all connectors out then inspect
this pict will show you all the connectors
obviously before doing that , check if the servo pulley moves as described in my file

Hi, my friend want to buy NSR (ZDJC22E) but this model is restricted, i found on wikipedia this: "
This has a load of restrictions and is nearly impossible to derestrict and cannot even rev past 7500 rpm"
I read this topic and i see that is only one restrict on rc valve, iit is true? It is possible that in this nsr is diffrent cylinder with smaller ports?

the ports are very slightly smaller but they are sited a bit higher this gives a faster bike in the range 2000-6500 but limit the top at about 11200 rpm . the main restrictions are :
- a shunt (on 3) onto the servo-motor potentiometer which cancel the return voltage to the control unit and consequently lock the servo-motor whith the valves closed . this is easy to remove (see pict)
- a bad CDI unit marked CI626A instead of CI626 as UK bikes have
obviously on all bikes the improvements are :
- a race pipe (+2-3 Bhp) £150-250
- carbon petals on the block reed £25-40
- irridium plug £6-9
as soon as you derestrict the bike , you need to upjet your carb in order to protect your engine , 2ST do not like lean mixture , upjet as main 138, slow (idle) 42 , power 65 . cost £12ish

Thank you for reply, you have great knowledge about NSR. What is diffrent betwen CDI unit CI 639 and CI626A?

I hava your nsrtips.doc and there i foud this "The Case to be gone up is TV-78 the U.K. & IT , no modifications to do, dismounts the TV-124 and replace by the TV-78 . This case allows an opening of the valves 90-95% however the TV-124 plus the FREDO plate produced the same effect" Can you tell me about this FREDO plate? What i must do to modify TV-124 to work propertly. It is possible to modify restricted CDI unit to unrestricted?
