My girlfriend has an rxs 100. It seems to smoke alot & only does about 50mph. Does anybody know how to adjust the oil for the two stroke oil delivery system. Thanx in advance, Mick.

That's some shit advice Rolling Eyes

First find out how much oil it is using, my oil light comes on after 750ml of oil has been used then work out how much it is using to a litre.

When I first got my RX-S my bike would do 160 miles to a litre, now it's around 400 miles.

What you have to do is take off the cover on the right hand engine casing with 3 screws on it, in there is the oil pump.

Take the nut off, spring washer, adjuster plate and then the shims. Removing shims reduces oil flow Thumbs Up Remove maybe 1 or a couple for now and see how it goes, if it's still drinking loads of oil remove some more.

Watch out though, the shims are only supposed to be 0.1mm but in mine I had washers upto 0.7mm.

I think your 50mph problem will be something else other than the oil pump though.

Have you tried adjusting the travel of your pump.
As far as i know, a standard way of adjusting the pump is to coincide the mark on the cable pully with the pully guide screw.
Good luck buddy... Smile
