 |
|
managed to pick up a pair of leathers really cheap. Problem is, it has a hole ( in the crotch area). Now, I'm not interested in repairing this, but I do want to stop the hole getting bigger. So I'm thinking a leather patch, cropped from an old garment, superglued in place, just to give it a little more strength againt the strains of mounting. Will this work?
Having the leathers professionally repaired isn't an option. I'm not intending to have these longer than, say, six months. The hole isn't a problem now, I just want to make sure it doesn't become one.
Thanks. ____________________ no regrets, no retreat, no apology.

It would make toilet stops more convenient.
Plus you'd get a fortune on ebay for it if you advertised it in that particular section..... |

i bought a hein gericke leather trousers which had a rip on the seam for 99 quid when new it was 199 quid. spent £3.50 on a cobbler who sewed it up. it was basically brand new from the hein gericke returns and warranty thing on ebay.
i'm sure a cobbler can get a piece of fabric or leather and do it for a fiver mate. ____________________ Hit the G spot. |
