riding position compare yzf-r125 and zx-6,gsxr-6,r6?

Hi, im riding my yzfr125 atm, and thinking about DAS and buying a supersport. I checked all the forums and find that everybody is saying the riding postion on 600cc supersports its extreme ( i dont know what they are comparing it to, harley or something) so i want to ask is there any big difference between riding postion on yzfr125 and gsx-r600 etc etc, and i also heard that gsxr-600 is most comfy from 600supersports, is that true?

"comfy" would depend on your shape and size, and is a personal thing. Only way to find out is sit on them all, and get on some test rides.

Comfort depends what year you are looking at, although it differs from person to person.

And a sports 600 will be less cramped than your R125.

the 6r has the most room as its a slightly bigger bike all round, although no heavier (since 2004 models) the later r6 is the most race focussed position and motor. the gsxr sits between them as the honda does.

as shaggy says though. theres nothing like a test, even sitting on a few in a welcomed shop

Hinges on the age of the bike as well, most of the sports 600s have gotten significantly leaner over the years.

Have you seen an R125?

When I saw one it still looked a fair bit smaller, if not just because it was thinner, all goes towards making it more cramped

Why do you think the ZX6 isn't an ideal road bike?

Slight exception to that rule would be the older ZX6rs, I think the A1p and it's predecessors predating 2002ish. They almost fall into sports tourer territory now. The 636 a1p would be worth considering as a serious option if your doing longer distances.

i didn't care when i choose my next bike, it was either a 675 or 750, since it seems only Suzuki make 750s and 675s were still around £5k i just bought a 750.

if its uncomfortable i'll have to get used to it.

My bike has a fairly fat tank and iv sat on a YZF125 (When nobody was looking) at a police gala only major difference is the width of the tank and weight
