I'm getting a second tattoo (on my back) and I cant wait.

I'm torn between two of the below designs. Either one as it is, or the other slightly adapted (colours).

Just wondering on people comments, it might sway my choice or confirm my thinking. Or, it might not make any difference at all.

I've got one tattoo already, its just a celtic thing, so I wanted something a bit more interesting, but not wierd or silly.

If any girls on here have any, I'd love to see pics Smile

Agree the fairy one (top left) looks ok.
However, how will it look when you're showing your great-grandkids it?

FWIW I'd do with simple and small. Maybe on a thigh rahter than a large one on the back.

Just some thoughts, you did ask for comment.

Thumbs Up

Hmm thing is would you really care what you look like when you resemble a prune at that age anyway?

Top left with the red wings.
Reason, it's simple, elegant and timeless. The others look like 'fad of the moment' giant headed dolls.

Mine are all black trible disigns.
I had 3 on the back made into two. Im thinking about getting a while back peice by someone good - as at the moment they really suck - i was young when I got them.
My arm isnt much better, its just a band - To be honest, I alwasy wear T-shirts so I never see it.. My wrists are of 'fire' in Thai and 'Peace' in aribic.
I really would like a new one but I have no decent room. I also think too much of a girly tattoo just wouldnt suit me Laughing

Brats - I so agree!

Humm, top left . . timless and by far the 'only' quality pic there. But, dont all girls get blooming butterflies?

Might stick with my original though which is a little more unique, but not as feminine (celtic crest with elf male & female) profile.

I didnt put any thought into my last tattoo and still like it 7 years later LOL

the top left looks by far the best for all the above reasons.

I am not a real girlie girl, so to be different I got my bike tattooed on my lower back. It is black, no colour in it at all, done from an actual photo of my bike.

Mine is just a plain simple tribal sun on my forarm (it was a copy of a sketch I did, so very personal to me). I did consider for many years of having a barcode of my birthday, but then that ruddy programme Dark Angel (?) came along, and they all had barcodes, which ruined it for me!!!

I have designed LOTS of tattoos for many different people over the years, I sit and chat with them, do some notes and scribbles, then go away design something...come back for consultations...it is really good to see my designs on other people...beats only having them in my sketch books! Karma
