The button I use to switch between full and dipped beam is stuck on full. Any idea how I would fix this?

Is it one of the square push in, pop out type? If it is, they are usually hollow on the bottom face and you can get a key or small screwdriver in and lever them out again. Then spray liberally with WD40 and keep working it till it loosens up.

Failing that take apart the left switch gear. Should be two screws on the underside. Undo them and it'll hinge off like a clam. It's very basic and from there you should be able to examine the switch more closely.
