hi i have £2000 to spend in febuary i already have my licence and still on a 125 but i want a crosser . but cba fooling around with restrictions and all that what 250 could i get for that money

alot of 250s are a little more than 33bhp.. dr's and xr's are probably closer to the 33bhp mark and you'd have plenty of money left over.. ____________________ 04' DT125RE (run-a-bout) // 89' DT125R (rebuilt + supermoto conversion)

xrs are rubbish compared to a KTM
i had one and soon got rid, KTM is tons better than the now dated XR ____________________ I`M NOW OFFICIALLY TOO OLD, TO DIE YOUNG |

Rubbish at what?
They are under 33hp for a start, which makes them a much better choice than a KTM if he wants a bike with less than 33hp . It'd be illegal to ride the KTM 250 EXC on a restricted license.
The KTM EXCs (I presume that's what you're talking about) are competition enduro bikes and are thus similar to the Honda CRF250/450, as opposed to the much lower tuned air cooled XRs. |
