My great aunt gave me a cheque for £1000.... I kinda was silent for 5 mins before I thanked her.

I couldn't care less if i didn't get anything at all. Got a Panasonic Lumix off my dad which i am very grateful for. But i wouldn't of minded if he had got me a disposable camera.

I bought myself one of those cheap indoor rc helicopters, and wrapped it up to unwrap on xmas day with the family.

When I got it out, i was playing with it for hours. My sisters boyfriend was a bit jealous, so i gave him a 30 sec go, be he was so crap with it i was a bit nervous he would break it, and then played with it for hours without letting him have a go

It was a bit tricky to get adjusted to fly in a straight line, but once i got the hang of it, it was great fun.

only about £20 too.
