Just picked up my KX 60 with a KX80 engine, and when I turn the fuel on the bike is fine until i tilt it over even slightlty, and then two jets, one on the side and one on the back just piss petrol everywhere until I turn it off.

What's going on? Crying or Very sad

i would say that the float level needs setting or the float is stuck first try gently tapping the side of the carb towards the bottom with the petrol on if this does not work take of the carb remove the float chamber clean all the jets and reset the float level if you re not confident get some one who knows what they are doing to do it

Should have mentioned I checked the float level and made sure it was moving freely, tapped it a few times whilst attatched too.

It's got a few people completely baffled, no idea whats going on.

cheers though

One of them is the brether and one of them is God knows what, one comes from just below whenre the throttle cable and spring etc are and one is at the bottom of the carb.

It happens when it is stopped, can't get it running atm.

i would look at the float needle and make sure the little seal on the end of it is in good condition also did you set the float level properly you hold the carb so that the float hangs down at an angle and the little pin on the end of the float needle is just the metal tab on the float . touching and not pushed in then measure from the base of the carb to the top of the float i dont no the setting for your bike but this is normaly around 18mm i have recently repair a bike with exactly the same symtoms as yours and the lad had set the float level incorectly hope this helps
