No idea. I guess a naked one will be a bit smaller in width and maybe height but they're all pretty much the same really as far as I've ever noticed.
You trying to fit one in a very small garage or something? |

Buels are absolutely diddy, but they aint a 600!?
The R6 is pretty small for a 600. It's smaller physically than the ZX6R etc, but about the same as a CBR600RR I "think"
But the R6 still the fastest ____________________ Current Toys: 06 Yamaha WR250F | Nissan 350Z GT | Tech 4 Homes |

If we are talking sportsbikes, then it's got to be the 2003 R6, that is the only 600 I can physically reach the floor from.
I really don't know about the technicalities though, so it could statisically be something else. Overall though, it seems not only the lowest seat height, but the narrowest and feels the lightest (to me). ____________________ Avast! Pirates ahoy!

It's a bit of a difficult one really. Generally sports bikes are lighter and have a shorter wheelbase for manoeuvrability. They tend to use more expensive components too, that save weight but tend to have highish seat hights. Where as Traditional bikes like the Hornet, CBF600, etc, use cheaper components that weigh more but have lower seats.
It's all a bit of a mixed bag really and usually depends on the use the bike was designed for.
The Hornet is quite a good mix of the two though, 790mm seat hight, 178kg weight and 1420mm wheel base.
Compare that to my 954 Blade, 815mm seat hight, 168kg and a 1395 wheelbase.
So I suppose the moral of the story is buy a 954 Blade! |
