Thanks for the thought but I'd have to see them first to know whether they'd be thin enough to fit in my boots.
Do you know of anywhere that sells heated socks?

I wear Falke M01 socks from Hein Gericke, they're not strictly thermal and that's a good thing because whatever technology they employ they keep you cool in summer and warm in winter.
They're good for a 40 minute ride at motorway speeds in this weather.
Impregnated with silver as an anti-bacterial agent, and padded heel and toe, and upper left foot for gear lever. ____________________ My claim to fame: Austin Vince nicked my pen... |

depending where you live, check out decathlon ( https://www.decathlon.co.uk/EN/ ) in the skiing/snowboarding areas. I got my thermal socks from there and they are quali-tay
alternatively check out snow and rock or ski plus in chelmsford (anywhere where they sell ski stuff dude( ____________________ And on the 7th day the lord said..lets get pissed |

Aldi/Lidl - Cheap, strange material but i never had cold feet...
At the risk of something, presumbaly you guys need to get yourself some proper boots, My goretex boots and warm even with my girlfriends stupid ankle socks on...
