 |
|
As the title says, seeing as it is coming up to summer and less people are going abroad, what is the best British holiday you have been on?
I do love going on the boats at the Norfolk Broads, but my favourite holiday was at center parcs at Longleat last December, probably rates as my best holiday and i've been to places like Florida. I loved the peace, the secluded nature of the accomodation and the very relaxing life, but with scope for lots of outdoor activities. It is quite pricey for a Brit holiday but totally worth it. ____________________ Be careful whose advice you buy, but, be patient with those who supply it. North wales is always nice.
Ive been up there a few times, usually renting a cottage for a week.
If the weathers nice you can hit the beach, or if its not so nice you can walk the mountains.
We also stayed in north devon a couple of years ago, that was quite nice too. |

Another vote for North Wales.
I go to Abersoch every summer now either camping with my dad or renting a cottage.
This year we're renting a cottage for the week |

Feel blessed for living in N.Wales now I do like it up here though, there are amazing beaches, mountains, roads, lakes, quarries, forests! Got a £1million re-vamped Anglesey Circuit now aswell which is bloody awesome.
Cornwall is nice but it's mainly coastal stuff as far as I remember, there was a killer fudge shop there though.
Lake District was bland - but I was only 6 or something so couldn't appreciate the scenary then. ____________________ 2012 KTM EXC 250
