Hello again... Smile

As u may know i damaged the radiator in my crash, and when it is hot it is steaming from the side

i`ll draw you a crap paint diagram... Smile

Is there anyway i can fix it?
Or do i need to bite the bullet and buy a new radiator? Which would suck as they are over £300

I know you can get radiator repairs, but i assume they are for stone damage and stuff? This is where it has bent back, and must have very slighty broken the seal of the radiator. It isnt much, and when cold holds water fine. Just when it gets to operating temp it steams out slightly.
The damage isnt on the fins of the radiator.

Thats way to big of a break to be repaired I reckon , you should just get another one off ebay , IIRC the CBR one and hence the CB600 one has two big thick pipes and a breather on it so you can put many of them on , my NTV wore a VFR750 radiator.

yeah, i saw the second one on ebay before.
Are you okay to use 3rd party radiators and stuff?
will fit okay wont it?

Will get one ordered if that is the case

The radiator isnt broke
it is just the seal that has gone in a small area...
but for the sake of it i`ll replace it
make the bike look nicer anyway. Smile

I've tried to get aluminium rads repaired before but was told that they are very difficult to do and hence very expensive IF you can find someone able to weld paper thin Alu.
