I know thin might sound daft but

i have just rplaced the wheel bairings in my motorcycle and just want to know is advisable/compusary to run them / bed them in and if so for how long,

By definition if there was any wear in the bearings they'd be worn out. No running in necessary.

Hold on there, i had my rear wheel bearings changed because i fecked them up by jet washing, and i was told to stay slower for a bit so they find a path within there shells the baerings sit in, thats what i was told anyway, doubt it would make a diffrence.

no mr biohazard, bearings are precide machined parts and not designed to wear or move apart from in the direction intended. Wink
