As said,
SZR660
FZR250
TZR125RR (only some models)
Amongst many others......
Will all fit relatively easily, I've got TZR125RR 4dl wheels fitted to my TDR250. The rear is a 3.5 inch and runs a 140 section, the SZR660 is the widest iirc at 4" which allows you to run a 150.
Having a 150 rear and 110 front on the tzr250 won't have any deterimental effect to its handling. In fact, its what a lot of racers YPM and Forgotten Era go for (well with the tdr's anyway and as big as the rules allow).
Ta,

Hi
Cutoff point where radials tend to start and cross plies stop is about a 150 rear (few 140s) but the TZR stock tyres are 100/80 17 front and a 120/80 18 rear.
While you might get a radial front squeezed on by only going up one size you will struggle with a rear on that skinny rim (and a radial front with a cross ply rear is not road legal).
All the best
