Depends how big your MG is and how much you are willing to remove from the scooter.

Binge got a bike in the back of his 206, I'm sure he'll be along to post the picture up sometime soon.

Thats awesome Bendy - they seem to fit in alright even if I do have to leave the boot open slightly..

That was in a Focus estate and we got it all shut okay. Was tight, mind you.

Not usually a big deal to get the front wheel off a scoot, might make enough difference.

Taking one or both wheels out is not that hard and makes them look much smaller than you would think.

I think you would not get away with the front wheel in the boot trick here without being pulled if going far.

I easily got an RXS100 into the back of a little Honda Jazz.

Now the Jazz is blessed with a huge, flat luggage area once the rear seats are down, but even so I was impressed with how well it went in.

Tarpaulin down in the back of the car.
Old single duvet for a bit of cushioning.
Drained petrol and removed 2 stroke oil tank.
    Removed front wheel.
Dropped forks and mudguard out of the yokes (just 4 pinch bolts).
    Lifted bike into car.
    Closed the boot.

Be careful with leaving the boot open. As you drive an area of negative pressure develops in the back and draws the exhaust fumes into the car. In a hatchback or estate this can mean filling the whole car with exhaust fumes. Not a good idea.

I used to be able to get my old GPR 50 in the back of my Dad's Ford Galaxy standing upright.

I got a ZR400 into my little renault clio. I had to take the forks/wheels/exhaust and fairings off though! I would have taken a picture but it looked like a pile of bits.
