Opening the throttle, even the tiniest bit seems to be a bit on/off on the Bandit. Consequently, it can be difficult to get right when trying to trail the throttle through the corners. Just the slightest increase can upset the balance round a corner. If I have to, I use the clutch to smooth it out, but it'd be much better if the progression was a bit smoother than what it currently is.
Is there anything I can do that would make that initial twist a bit more progressive, rather than just: no throttle / lot of throttle ?

Have you checked the slack in the cable?
To be fair you haven't had the bike long, give yourself a chance to get used to it. ____________________ My Flickr |
